Technology Alliance Aia Software and StreamServe
Nijmegen, The Netherlands, 24 May 2007 – Today, at the annual StreamServe user conference in Groenekan, Aia Software and StreamServe announced a Technology Alliance. The first tangible result is a link between the respective products ITP and StreamServe Enterprise Document Presentment (EDP).
ITP offers refined, interactive correspondence for the workplace. By means of a dialogue with specific questions and by using text blocks, employees can specify their correspondence more precisely. Business users will now be able to manage the content of documents, in a central, IT-controlled environment, allowing them to anticipate and respond quickly to changes dictated by the market, while keeping everything under control.
StreamServe EDP offers the infrastructure that will automatically draw up, combine, edit and distribute high-volume document flows. The individual correspondence from ITP can be automatically combined with the output from StreamServe by means of this established link, enabling OMR and KIX-coding to be added automatically. The layout of the various documents is consistent and in accordance with the company style, and is distributed via multiple channels, such as mail, fax, e-mail and text-messaging.
