UK major growth market for Aia Software
February 2009 - Aia Software, producer of the ITP Document Platform, has pinpointed the United Kingdom as its main growth market for 2009. Alongside the existing international focus, this year will see an additional focus on growth in the UK, with an eye to doubling the market share. As first steps within this growth drive, Aia Software considerably expanded its workforce in the UK, and moved into new offices in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.
The reason behind this step is the substantial growth in ITP Document Platform sales in the United Kingdom. London is the heart of the global insurance world, where liabilities of tremendous proportions are insured and reinsured. Brokers and reinsurers define these liabilities in highly specific contracts and policies, such as the slip and cover notes. The ITP Document Platform is very suitable for the creation of such documents. Aia Software has made specific changes in ITP to customize the platform regarding these purposes.
Paul Dirven, Aia Software CEO: “We have already built a healthy basis in the UK, with clients such as QBE, Groupama and Allianz AGCS, as well as prominent business partners such as Xchanging, IT Freedom and Trace Isys. Furthermore, we have a team of experienced staff members in place with good knowledge of the market. Now is the time to grow to the next level.”
