We distinguish between the following job roles:
Manager
Managers do have an organizational, auditing, or coordinating role, in which they are fully or partially involved in ITP. They do not need to have hands-on experience with ITP.
Business Analyst
Business Analysts investigate business systems, identify options for improving business systems, and bridge the needs of the business with the use of IT. They do not need to have hands-on experience with ITP.
IT Architect
IT Architects design applications or parts of applications. They understand the interaction and connection between application components. They do not need to have hands-on experience with ITP.
Business User
Business Users are, amongst other things, involved in and responsible for developing and managing texts within the organization. These employees do not need to have any programming skills.
Application Developer
Application Developers are employees who develop and implement applications. These employees do have programming skills.
Web Developer
Web Developers are employees who develop and implement web applications. These employees do have programming skills.
Application Administrator
Application administrators are employees who deploy and manage applications. These employees do have programming skills and know the system architecture within their organization.
