ITP Document Platform connected to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Düsseldorf, 10 June 2008 - At the Drupa event in Düsseldorf, Aia Software and Compart signed a Letter of Intent to enter into an agreement governing the integration of the ITP Document Platform with DocBridge Mill. With this integration Aia Software extends the current ITP Document Platform functionality beyond document composition, aiming especially at the SME market. »

Aia Software first to receive the LaQuSo quality certificate
Nijmegen, April 25th, 2008 – The ITP Document Platform from Aia Software - an international organisation in the document composition and automation industry - is the first to receive a LaQuSo quality certificate. This certification has been carried out by the Laboratory for Quality Software (LaQuSo), an independent cooperative venture between the Technical University Eindhoven and the Radboud University Nijmegen. »

Aia Software has recently added a new feature related to text block correspondence. A lot of documents created with ITP are centered on user selectable text blocks. This is used for relatively simple and straightforward letters or correspondence, but is also used for more complicated negotiated documents, such a contracts, verdicts or London Insurance Market slips and cover notes. »

The ITP/MDK Repository supports most major commercial database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and IBM DB2/400. It is perhaps less well-known that it also supports several major Open Source database systems, including MySQL and PostgreSQL. Support for Sun Microsystems' MySQL database system has been included for quite some time. »

Fleet management specialist uses ITP Document Platform for the creation of Leasing-contracts and correspondence. LeasePlan, specialized in motor fleet leasing and management further extends its collaboration with Aia Software. LeasePlan, responsible for more than 1,2 million leased vehicles in 29 countries worldwide, uses Aia's ITP document software in several of its subsidiaries, -Germany, Switzerland, UK, the Netherlands, USA and France. Other offices, which use various legacy document production applications, are currently preparing to migrate to ITP. »

On March 12th and 13th Aia Software attended the French counterpart of Documation UK: Documation France. The theme of the 14th edition of this 2-day event at CNIT in Paris was "Organizing, managing and publishing your information: the commitment of Documation!"
The event comprised a programme of seminars, comprehensive vendor exhibits and provided extensive networking opportunities.
During the show, considerable interest was shown in Aia Software's ITP interactive correspondence solutions and several potential partners visited the Aia booth to discuss opportunities.
An outcome of this successful show, was that a considerable boost was given to Aia Software and ITP brand awareness in the Southern European market.

On March 27th, 2008 in Hoevelaken the 5th edition of the congress Document & Workflow Management took place. For the first time during this event, issues related to document and workflow policy were addressed. Also, Aia Software was involved as an event sponsor.
The program was divided into three tracks; Digitalizing and Archiving, Business Processes and Document & Workflow Systems. As part of this latter category Aia Software, had a speaker slot entitled "High Performance Correspondence", and discussed such issues as; the challenges involved in generating personal, relevant and correct correspondence and enabling the business to manage their own documents, independently of the IT department.

On April 10th and 11th the MECC was once again the venue for the VNSG Congress. This Congress is totally focused on the SAP professional. This year's theme: "Getting IT Done". ITP has earned the "SAP Certified - Powered by SAP Net Weaver" accreditation and this year of course attended the event as a sponsor and exhibitor. With a record number of visitors and sponsors, the 2008 congress was huge success.

The National Insurance Platform held on April 17th at the WTC in Rotterdam, includedmany informative sessions on current themes facing the insurance industry. This was an ideal event to exhibit the The ITP Document Platform, which is used extensively by insurance organisations worldwide.

On May 22nd, 2008 for the second time CRM Association NL organized the CRM Innovation Event in Musis Sacrum in Arnhem.
The purpose ofthis Event is to bring CRM users, suppliers and experts together in order to exchange knowledge on this important subject, hear about future developments and case studies detailing best practices. CRM Resultants and Aia Software shared a stand and demonstrated the offering they have developed with Microsoft CRM.

From May 29th till June 11th, Aia Software attended Drupa in Dusseldorf, the biggest print media show in the world. Aia Software's booth was in the Document Management area of the Drupa Innovation Parc. The capability of ITP to compose highly personalized newsletters and statements in the financial industry was emphasized here. Aia also demonstrated how customers can compose such documents including personal data, customized graphics and content that is tailored to specific customer situations. The newsletter of Robeco, the Netherlands largest asset manager andlong-term customer of Aia Software, was used as a real-life example. Robeco uses ITP to generate 80.000 personalized newsletters per month for their high-end customers. A solution such as this presents a unique business opportunity for companies in the press industry that want to target new business.

Nijmegen, June 13, 2008 -Aia Software, supplier of the ITP document platform, has recruited Mark van Dorland (30) as a Professional Services Consultant. In this role, Mark is responsible for the technical and functional leadership of ITP software implementation projects for Aia Customers. Mark started his career as a Technical Engineer at Planon in Nijmegen. He was responsible for the technical installation of several Planon-products at customer sites in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. In this role he acquired comprehensive knowledge and experience with regards to databases Oracle, MSsql and Sybase databases. After that he worked as a Software Engineer within the Delphi developer environment building bespoke software for clients.

Nijmegen, June 25th, 2008 - Aia Software, supplier of the ITP Document Platform, has appointed Annemiek Kuiper (42) as a Senior Account Manager.
