In order to further optimize the written communication process, the Dutch foundation for telecom and Internet users (sTN) has decided to link the ITP Document Platform with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. ITP will enable sTN staff to generate all correspondence directly from the CRM system, while all customer data is stored in one place.
