Volkswagen PON Financial Services: ITP Correspondence for Daybreak
Volkswagen PON Financial Services (hereafter VWP-FS) and Aia Software have started the implementation of a joint project aiming to implement correspondence functionality into the Daybreak system based on ITP software.
VMP-FS is an organization which takes care of financing, insuring and leasing for the entire automotive division. To dealers, drivers as well as to the SME. They provide financing, insuring and leasing products to both Volkswagen brands as well as other automotive brands.
The Dutch car division is constantly in motion. Model introductions, new suppliers, take over's and concentrations of companies and consumers with high expectations are quite common. VWP-FS wants to guarantee a good relation with the customer by combining a professional offer with a client focused approach. This approach extends to how company critical documents such as financing proposals, are created and delivered. A vision to which Aia Software eagerly responds.
VWP-FS is currently developing a large, new system to support users with their activities concerning financial services to the customers of Volkswagen Group: Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, VW Company Cars and Universeel. Users work both remotely and internally through a web based application. This application assists the user in collecting all relevant information and, depending on the kind of correspondence, it is printed on-demand, in batch or is processed in other ways (e-mail, fax, archive). When evaluating "make or buy" VWP-FS has chosen to buy the functionality that is needed for document output management and to connect the ITP Document Platform to the DayBreak application.
