Aia Software presents the results of a recent study commissioned by Aia Software and conducted by Forrester Consulting on its behalf. The Total Economic Impact (TEI) study, completed in November 2009, of insurance and financial services organizations in Europe found that companies looking to implement the ITP Document Platform can see large productivity benefits and cost savings with a risk adjusted return on investment (ROI) of 277% and a payback period of just 9 months. »

This means we can guarantee to our customers and partners that we meet the requirements set for integrations with SAP. The ITP solution has been added to the SAP EcoHub: a web portal that matches supply and demand in the area of SAP. Thanks to the ITP Document Platform, SAP output can be used to create documents, whilst being in control of the management of these documents. »

Aia Software is launching ITP/Customer Correspondence Management (ITP/CCM). This solution enables organisations to get the most out of their CRM data, to combine output from different business applications and to optimise multichannel output. The use of ITP/CCM allows companies to organise their correspondence straight from the CRM system, without making investments in updating existing legacy systems. »

Aia Software supports the PDF/A standard (ISO 19005-1) with ITP version 3.5.8 and above. The platform therefore conforms to the guidelines on the long-term archiving of output. Aia Software is now also a member of the PDF/A Competence Centre. The Competence Centre is a co-operation between various market leaders and experts in PDF technology. »

Aia Software has announced its collaboration with Bluem, a leading company for the ViaMijnBank electronic invoicing service and service provider for AcceptEmail. Bluem specialises in the electronic presentation and distribution of invoices in particular. Its customers are based in the Benelux and the United Kingdom. The increasing popularity of electronic invoices and bills is the reason behind the decision to join forces. »

Wim (42) has joined the Sales Team as Senior Account Manager. In his former position as Business Development Manager at Volvo, he developed and marketed new services in areas such as consultancy, information systems, and leasing. At Aia Software, Wim will be working on expanding the international customer network.

Wim: “It's great to be able to contribute to a growing international company. I'll get to make optimal use of my account management experience and language skills in the further expansion of Aia Software's international customer base”.       

Mark (37) has just come aboard as a Senior Account Manager. Previously, Mark was a Sales Consultant at Planon, where he was responsible for tapping into new customer contacts, supporting sales processes, and handling presentations and demonstrations. At Aia Software, he will be further expanding contacts with customers and working to secure new customers.

Mark: “I'm convinced that many organisations still fail to adequately recognise potential improvements that can be effectively implemented in areas such as costs, efficiency, and quality with the help of Aia Software's system for document creation. Organisations striving for a certain degree of professionality cannot go without a Document Output Management System and still expect to achieve and maintain a competitive edge”.    

Otto (48) has joined Aia Software as a Senior Consultant in the Professional Services department. Over the years he has gained a broad range of knowledge and experience in areas such as hospital automation, ERP, e-learning, CRM, and Output Management. In his previous job, Otto was responsible for implementation of Streamserve and the output stream it produced.

Otto: “I will be focusing on implementing the customers' needs and desires, and incorporating them into future developments. I firmly believe that organisations can reap significant costs savings by applying careful scrutiny to their possibilities for distribution. A smart document solution yields costs savings, boosts worker productivity, and enhances the quality of communications with the customer”.

Tom has joined Aia Software UK as a Consultant. He recently graduated from the University of Essex with a BSc (Hons) in Computing. Previous to this he studied Maths, Physics and IT at A-Level. The main areas of his study have been in the object of oriented programming, software engineering, communications and networking, distributed information systems, website development and management, and human computer interaction.

Tom: “Since a very young age I have had a very keen interest in computers. All my years of education have been leading to this point as I start my career with Aia Software. I am very excited to be working in the Professional Services department at the UK office".
