Ensured competitive advantage
In 2010 we have made some great progress within R&D. Unfortunately these results are not all available for our customers yet, but there are a lot of good things to come. The ITP/CCM product, for which I was lead developer and architect in the past, starts to become the core component of the ITP Document Platform. At the moment we are working on the conversion of our ITP/OnLine Server product into ITP/ICM Interactive Correspondence Management. All configuration for ITP/OnLine, most notably the letter book will be transferred to the CCM database.
Furthermore, this month our team presented a first prototype of the master templates concept. Once completed this concept will almost fully replace the traditional ITP model development and increase the developer-free-zone greatly. This ensures that the competitive advantage that we currently have over our competition is secured going forward!
