Goudse is launching customer ITP/CCM

In late 2009 De Goudse made the decision that all document output (both physical and digital) should be produced using ITP. There are numerous business applications on various platforms that needed to integrate with ITP. The solution had to decide the best output (physical or digital) based upon a number of factors, such as the characteristics of the output and who was to be the recipient.

This requirement was a perfect fit for ITP/CCM from Aia Software. Although the functionality offered by ITP/CCM was relatively new for employees of both  Goudse (both business and IT) and Aia (delivery and R&D) a complete solution has been delivered. The new system was delivered and put into use 9 months after the commencement of the project.

In 2011 it is expected that the functionality will be further enhanced to enable a greater proportion of the output streams to be produced by ITP.
