Inspiring partnership with IMC
In 2010 I shifted my focus from my previous task as Sales Director UK to International Business Development. One of my most inspiring projects was to work with our new reseller partner in the USA: IMC. I worked with IMC’s contract management division that has developed a contract management application on top of IBM’s FileNet. My trip to IMC in Reston, Virginia USA in July was exciting, both from a business as a personal perspective. We did a number of training sessions, visited several of their Federal customers in the Washington area and they took me out to watch the All-Stars game. We expect the first joint customer implementations at the beginning of 2011.
My focus in 2011 will be on increasing the number of international ISV/OEM partners for which we are now building a dedicated team. Aia’s formula for this part of the market has been refined and is ready for international rollout.
