Integration of ITP with a leading Claims Management System
We are looking back at a very rewarding and successful integration project at one of our major UK customers in Claims Management. Following a successful proof of concept, a web services-based integration was completed as a joint supplier project. This included fully automated storage of ITP generated result documents together with indexing information into the customer’s strategic Document Management System (DMS). The documents, mainly claims letters, were developed using ITP Content Wizards. This enabled the use of a quick and simple specification approach, followed by an equally quick and easy template development process. We also provided business end-users with the means to tailor the letters to the specific needs of the claim transaction through the use of our ITP/Online module.
The first business unit successfully went live in July and the second in November. The remaining business units will follow over the next few months.
