Aia Software had doubled its UK revenues following an extremely successful year in 2009. Aia also grew its client base by 26% and further developed its presence in key sectors, such as the London Insurance Market. Aia’s partner channel was responsible for a number of new contract wins. A particular highlight involved securing the largest contract in the history of Aia Software UK for the ITP Platform. »  

Aia Software has presented the seventh annual awards for the best dissertations written by computing and information science students at Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Student Bas Lijnse has received the Master Award for his dissertation, ”Between Types and Tables – Generic Mapping between Relational Databases and Data Structures in Clean.” The Bachelor Award has gone to Joost Koppers for his dissertation “Database Encryption Schemes - Dealing with Sensitive Information. »

The Labour Inspectorate is pleased with the dialogue between the ITP Document Platform and the inspector creating a letter. If not all the required data can be retrieved from databases; ITP launches a dialogue box requesting the missing information. This way, a new document can be created quickly without omitting any necessary content. With pre-approved modules, customized correspondence is easy to draw up within legal and corporate identity frameworks. »

Aia Software is bolstering its sales team with new hires and promotions. Mark van de Logt and Wim van Horen have joined as Senior Account Managers. Rob Geerings and Jeroen Huinink have both made a promotion within the company. Rob Geerings has been appointed Product Specialist, and Jeroen Huinink will be continuing his career at Aia Software in the role of Business Partner Manager. Bolstering its sales team in this manner is part of Aia’s (inter)national growth strategy. »

The recent growth of Aia Software created opportunities for Aia’s management team to take on new responsibilities and try different roles. As of February 1, Rene Schreurs was named Chief Architect and Product Manager. The experience Rene has gained as R&D Manager and his deep knowledge of the ITP Document Platform well position him to implement Aia Software’s vision of making the ITP Document Platform the standard for Business Owned, Business Managed and IT Controlled Customer Communications Management. Michel Anders, formal manager Professional Services at Aia Software, has now taken on the responsibility of managing the R&D department. These changes will allow Leon Pillich, CEO and former Product Manager, to focus on leading Aia Software to the next level.
