Twenty years of Aia Software in a nut shell; big party in Ewijk
On January 11th Aia Software celebrated its 20th anniversary at Slot Doddendael in Ewijk. Some 320 (!) customers, employees and relatives joined in the festivities.
The key note of the day was: “Aia Software revealed”, during which the company’s past, present and future were celebrated. A very important aspect of this special day was that customers spoke about their experience of Aia Software. François Vanoni of Legal & General formulated this relation as follows: “(Our relations with) Aia Software are business-based but are also warm, consistent, involved and reliable.”
Master of Ceremonies for the day was Howard Komproe of the Comedy Train, who presented the day’s events in a most entertaining way. The ‘story’ of Aia was told including its trials and tribulations on the way to becoming the international success that it is today. One of the key themes was the great contribution made by the employees, partners and families. Howard Komproe was so moved by this that he decided to donate a substantial part of his salary for that day to ICT4Kids, a Radboud University, Nijmegen project, that gives deprived children in South Africa the means for a better future. Aia Software’s close relationship with Radboud University ensured significant interest in this project and substantial donations were raised during the day.
Aia Software’s 20th anniversary celebrations were a huge success and provided everyone with great day to remember.
Many thanks to everyone who contributed to this success, we much appreciate it!
