SAP AG has recently confirmed that the interface software for ITP/OnLine Server has been certified for integration with SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment (CE) 7.1 via the SAP scenario JAVA-EE-ADV 7.1. Organizations often find it troublesome to prepare documents and correspondence using SAP’s standard output module. This has resulted in over 250 customers implementing ITP to create SAP related documents because of greater ease of use and flexible lay-out possibilities. In signing the declaration of intent, Aia Software has endorsed the GEMMA e-forms standard from EGEM i-teams. This standard has been established as the missing link with the public market. In developing ITP Web Forms, Aia Software not only focused on these standards, but also on the integration of the forms application with local councils’ primary systems in particular. »

This release gives businesses even greater control over document content. Highlights of this version include the new Content Wizard and enhanced features for dynamic labelling. Features within the ITP/MDK Repository have also been expanded and optimized. Inclusion of several best practices gained from implementation projects has enabled implementation times to be drastically reduced in ITP 3.5. »

Recently ITP/OnLine server was integrated with the Genius Underwriting application designed and developed by Xchanging. For a number of years Xchanging has deployed ITP alongside Genius worldwide to create on-demand business documents. However, Insurers have an ever increasing demand for a bespoke, flexible, interactive and functional document composition product. In order to fulfill these needs, ITP/OnLine server has been integrated with the Genius application. »

PrintSoft develops, distributes and supports software solutions for the creation, composition, checking, management and production of personalized documents. The cooperation is aiming at the area of interactive document composition. ITP is currently being implemented and integrated in the systems of the largest telecom operator in Poland. ITP will be part of the workflow management system and will generate documents based on information gathered during the workflow process. The documents generated will then be archived and printed. Christoffel Klimbie (41) is appointed as Sales Director at Aia United Kingdom. Christoffel has been working in different positions at Aia Software since 2001, and his experience makes him a true specialist in the area of document creation. He will now be deploying his ample experience to raise the profile of Aia Software in the United Kingdom.

Hein Ragas (35) is Aia’s new Professional Services Manager. This appointment constitutes an important step in Hein’s career at Aia Software. The Professional Services department is responsible for the implementation of the ITP Document Platform. As manager of this department, Hein will mainly be focusing on training of consultants within Aia Software and further professionalizing of Aia Software’s services to clients.
