Aia Software is set to considerably extend its market share in the US in the coming year. In order to make that happen Aia will ramp up reseller and OEM partnerships to support growing demand for customer communications management tools. During the Xplor 2010 Global Document Conference, which was held on March 16-19 in Florida, Aia Software has introduced the “Business Owned, Business Managed, IT Controlled” concept of customer communications management and their solution: ITP/CCM. »

With ITP/Customer Correspondence Management (ITP/CCM) you can present your information in a way that matches the reader's media usage and preferences. A link to your CRM system ensures a customer's communication profile is used appropiately for each contact. This process must become business managed instead of an IT or mailroom process. By letting the business user create customer profiles he or she is able to adapt quicker to changing markets. » 

Integrating the ITP Document Platform with Microsoft’s SharePoint combines the power of integrated document composition with workflow, archiving and post-processing. ITP functions, such as the creation of a new letter, can easily be embedded in SharePoint’s user interface. John started work as Project Manager on March 1. He previously worked for Unit 4 Agresso Accountancy as Quality Manager/Test Team Leader, where he was responsible for various elements of the product testing process. His duties included heading the test team, monitoring test schedules and assessing and reporting on findings.  

John explained, “After ten years of focusing on tests, it was time for a change. I am going to focus on the management of current projects at Aia Software. As far as project management is concerned, I’d like to quote Don Page, who is a Service Management guru: “It’s all about managing business expectation.” I’m new to the document creation world, but I will be able to use my knowledge and experience properly so as to quickly familiarize myself with Aia Software’s products and projects.”

Bharn has worked at Aia Software in the Netherlands as Senior Consultant for the past two and a half years. He has been involved in helping clients to implement a generic infrastructure on which they can build business owned solutions by making optimal use of dynamic components. Since Bharn will move to the UK in May he will join the Aia-team over there.

Bharn: “I am excited to make a contribution to an already proven UK sales support and implementation capability. The enlargement of the professional services team will ensure that Aia is well positioned to address a variety of UK market opportunities. Initially, I will be involved in projects within the London Insurance Market, an existing area of success that Aia UK will grow further assisted by their strong business partner alliances.”
