Aia Software has appointed Rob Hegt (51) as Senior Project Manager. Rob is responsible for supervising tailored projects and implementations of the ITP Document Platform at several of Aia Software's clients.

"I find the dynamics of a company with a high technology standard in a position close to the customer very interesting", says Rob Hegt. "Aia Software is the exact environment in which I feel at home. My personal ambition is to be able to work in a structured and systematic manner in order to deliver projects in line with the expectations of both Aia and the client. Also, I consider it a challenge to optimize the sometimes direct input of the client and users in the process of a project."

Aia Software has appointed Claudia Meessen (38) as Senior Marketing Executive. In this position she is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the marketing strategy of Aia Software, on a national as well as an international level.

"I consider my new position as the ideal combination of my enthusiasm for software development and my work experience in marketing and communication", says Claudia. "I want to be the connecting link between the Product Management, R&D and Sales departments. In that way I am able to unite the forces of these departments so I can strengthen the position of Aia even more. I totally agree with Aia's philosophy of assigning the management of content to the business itself while the IT department keeps the system in the air. My personal experience taught me that this raises the alertness of companies a great deal."

Aia Software has appointed Rob Geerings (33) as Senior Consultant. In this position he is responsible for the maintenance of relationships with existing and potential clients and the translation of market signals within financial services into new ITP developments.

"Aia Software was at the top of my list of interesting companies to work for when I decided to change jobs", says Rob Geerings. "I have known the people and Aia's ITP product for several years now. Not just from tradeshows, events and congresses, but also because Aia and VDD IQware are partners. It is my ambition to further develop the ITP Document Platform based on the wishes and demands of clients. This can be on a technical level, changing platforms, as well as on a functional level based on client wishes and market movements."
