From now on all questions concerning functionality of our products can be answered online. The ITP Knowledge Center on the website provides the complete portfolio –except the Release Notes and Installation Guide. All product related information is to be found online. A complete overview can be made with a simple search term. Moreover all items are linked for an easy and efficient navigation. With the ITP Knowledge Center our service has made another step forward. Of course in the meantime we will constantly work on a proper functionality of this new tool and keep the content up-to-date and conveniently arranged.

Aia Software is about to extend its ITP Document Platform with a brand new product: ITP/CCM. ITP/CCM, short for ITP/Customer Correspondence Management and formerly known as ITP/Envelopes, will be released in the beginning of October. With this solution organizations can maximize the use of CRM data, combine output streams from different business applications and optimize multi channel output. On Tuesday 20 October and Wednesday 21 October, you can learn about this new ITP product by joining our webinar. The webinars will be presented by Jeroen Huinink and Emile Steenbrink.

Jan Böinck (44) has been appointed as project manager. This is a role he is very experienced in form earlier jobs, varying from marketing automation, smart card management system and e-commerce payment platforms: he is truly an all round project manager.
Jan: “I think being a project manager for Aia software has all the ingredients I was looking for. A growing IT company having its own product that needs to be implemented at their customers. Beside the project management role I will also be involved in the products itself, sometimes on a technical level. I really like this combination, to manage projects together with customers and being an 'expert' in the products you implement.”

Tony Connell-Sait (52) joins Aia Software UK as senior account manager, primarily responsible to establish a firm position with ITP in the UK Public Sector marketplace. He is a very experienced sales professional with more than 20 years' in the Document Industry, 9 years with xlprint software as head of sales for the EMEA region, and 12 years with Xerox in many senior sales and management roles in the UK and the Middle Eastern markets. Tony has specific knowledge and experience in business development in the UK public sector.
Tony: “With my industry knowledge and experience I expect Aia to become a major player in the UK public sector. ITP is the ideal solution to enable UK local government organisations to produce their customer-facing documents effectively and help them to achieve their goals in reducing cost and improving business processes.”

Marinelle (46) has recently joined Aia Software as Trainer & Consultant at the Professional Services team. She brings on board vast experience as a Trainer, Consultant, and Technical Writer in Information Management Software and Web Content Management. Marinelle will initially focus on training ITP users in Content and Model Management, developing new training facilities, and will be introducing e-learning modules for the ITP products.
Marinelle: “I really like the business oriented strategy of Aia Software. It is very rewarding to introduce business users and IT staff in Aia's dynamic approach. Content Wizards, Text Blocks, and Dynamic Forms are exactly what they need. Because our worldwide clients and partners are working with ITP in over more than 30 countries, I see a lot of potential in developing online training facilities. This way, we can also keep them up to date on our new features.”

Grigor (31) is joining the R&D team as Software Engineer. Grigor has over 10 years experience in software developing, mainly in multimedia software, networking and graphical interfaces. Aia Software is confident that Grigor will meet the growing demand of GUI based use of Content Wizards and Qforms.
Grigor: “I’m very pleased I can work on the development of a product and work on innovation of the ITP Document Platform. From the day I started working at Aia I experienced a good balance between working hard and on the other hand having a good relaxed atmosphere. I believe I can enlarge and further develop my knowledge and professional experience.”

His last two jobs at leasing companies were a very good basis and reason to be happy that Ruud (27) decided to join the Aia sales support team. With his experience on relation management, he will be of great value in supporting the international growing sales and account managers team.
Ruud: “I consider it my personal challenge to bring sales support to a higher level to facilitate the sales process.
