Aia Software agrees on partnership with Belgium IT services company
MSP expands its range of document solutions with ITP from Aia Software
Nijmegen, 21st of May 2007 - Aia Software, developer and distributor of the Correspondence and Document Platform ITP, has partnered with MSP enabling the Belgian IT-service provider to expand its range of services with ITP.
ITP enables organizations to create personalized documents and correspondence easily and efficiently. With ITP, every company is able to create and adjust documents. Especially in organizations were large number of documents is created (high document turn-over) like insurers, banks and law offices the need for this feature is high. By adding ITP to their product portfolio, MSP takes an important step regarding their fast growing strategy.
“After a thorough evaluation of the Aia Software ITP-Platform, we were impressed by its opportunities, the easy integration and user-friendliness. Therefore, we will not only introduce ITP to our existing customers but will we also be able to offer solutions to other companies where document management plays an essential role in the industrial process”, says Yves Roblain, Service Line Manager at MSP.
Reliable partner in Belgium
As a Dutch company, Aia Software was on the look out for a reliable partner in Belgium. “I am very pleased about this partnership agreement with MSP, because from now on (Belgium) customers that are looking for a document solution will also get acquainted with ITP. Furthermore, MSP has an enthusiastic and driven group of employees at its disposal, who are able to perfectly guide an ITP-project. In this way, we are convinced that there will be more new and content customers in Belgium”, says Paul Dirven, CEO at Aia Software.
The partnership between MSP and Aia Software is already successful in practice; this was proved by a shared project for a large insurer. Consultants from both companies are working together to create insurance polices and letters using ITP in a completely renewed company logo. Furthermore, new and existing documents are integrated with existing applications like the CRM-system and ERP-application. “This project was a fertile mix between the expertise of MSP consultants and Aia staff, to full satisfaction of the customer".
