Aia Software and Thinkwise Software start partnership
Nijmegen, May 2010 – Aia Software, author and developer of the ITP Documentation Platform, and Thinkwise Software, specialists in computer-aided software development, have joined forces. Through this partnership, Thinkwise Software can now include document management as a standard component of its software development workbench, Thinkwise Software Factory. Customized applications created using this workbench will come standard with an interface to the ITP Documentation Platform. This gives organisations a single end-to-end solution for business process development, from input to output. The integrated approach is already being used by customers in private banking.
Companies often need business processes and applications that are not readily available in ”off the shelf” packages, and developing proprietary software can be costly. With Thinkwise Software Factory, applications are created using intelligent, model-based techniques, accelerating the process and minimising costs. The resulting applications are also easier to maintain and modify.
To satisfy document composition needs, Thinkwise expanded its screen functionality, making an ITP interface available to all Thinkwise clients. Integration with ITP Documentation Platform means that document composition and creation can now be incorporated within clients’ proprietary software.
