Aia Software handles correspondence in claim management software of IT Freedom
Integration ITP and ICE Claims results in improvement of efficiency
Nijmegen, January 21, 2009 - Aia Software, producer of the ITP Document Platform, recently signed a contract with IT Freedom, a British supplier of claim management software for the insurance industry. ITP will be integrated in the web-based ICE Claims software of IT Freedom. ICE Claims offers the insurance industry a tool for the online management of claims. With the help of ITP claim managers, using the ICE Claims application, are now able to automatically generate documents and correspondence based on client- and policy information in ICE Claims. This solution offers insurance companies considerable benefit in terms of efficiency and cost savings.
The integration of ITP in the ICE Claims application results in an automized and fast generation of necessary documents and correspondence for the handling of claims. Within the ICE Claims environment ITP will, in a browser-based dialogue, ask the claim manager for missing data, after which the necessary documents will be automatically generated. Examples of documents generated by ITP are asignments to valuers and repair companies, requests for additional information to policy holders and specifications of claim benefits. Documents are generated automatically in digital format like PDF, which enables policy holders to view the claim documents directly and follow the status of a claim via the web portal.
