Aia Software opens North American office
MAKERS OF ITP - INTELLIGENT TEXT PROCESSING SOFTWARE
PALM COAST, FL - October 27, 2003 - Aia Software, based in the Netherlands, today announced the opening of a North American office to expand and support the North American market for ITP, Output Processing Solution software. Based upon their Intelligent Processing Software (ITP), Aia's Output Processing Solution is used by medium to large companies in the insurance and banking industry as well as municipalities and government institutions.
The core technology - ITP (Interactive Text Processing), creates documents and e-output from the joining of document templates and data contained within a user-supplied database. ITP document production is based on the ITP model document (template), which is created using familiar word processing packages. ITP uses its own database descriptions for database access. Through these definitions, automated documents can access data without any knowledge where the data resides or how to access it. Defined as a "Fast ROI Technology," Aia's Output Processing Solution takes minimal time to integrate into existing applications.
"We look forward to reaching new customers as well as serving past clients," said Walter Gussman, VP and General Manager of Aia Software North America. "There are already over 60 ITP customers in North America and they know that using ITP allows them to cost-effectively go from database to documents, seamlessly "
About Aia and ITP Software:
ITP Software automates the production of documents and e-output from applications and application data typical of governments, financial services and insurance companies. Compared to other tools, ITP offers more price performance with a simple-to-use tool that can be used to create any kind of document. ITP supports faster front end development using common word processing packages like MS Word, making it easy for a wider range of users to work, and resulting in development times reduced by as much as 50 percent. ITP seamlessly integrates into core applications while remaining transparent to the end user, and final documents are created without external scripts, macros or applications. The software's richly featured end-to-end output processing covers all key functional areas with a single modular toolset. It supports both workstation-based and high-volume server-driven document generation. ITP is compatible with all standard data sources and platforms, as well as a variety of output formats including e-formats such as PDF and HTML.
