ANVA selects ITP document composition software
Nijmegen, November 5th 2007 - Aia Software, the producer of the Correspondence and Document Platform ITP, has entered into a partnership with the Amersfoort-based software house ANVA. ANVA specializes in automation solutions for the insurance industry and will integrate ITP with its new Quantum suite. Users of ANVA Quantum will be able to utilize ITP for the composition of policies, conditions, green cards and all other types of correspondence. ITP will also ensure that Quantum users are ready for the ever-increasing need for distribution of insurance documents via e-mail and the Internet.
The ITP Document Platform allows customers to conveniently and efficiently compose documents based on business data, texts and images within the organisation. The suite offers all the familiar Word features, but in a fully standardized and automated way. ITP is presently ‘under the umbrella’ of the Quantum suite and has been fully integrated with the ANVA software through a specially designed connection.
Stoffel van Almkerk, ANVA’s General Manager: “Our current ANVA4 and ANVA5 applications are highly flexible in terms of form management. We have a name to uphold, and the broad functionality and ease-of-use offered by ITP guarantee that our users will be able to have full control over their forms and correspondence in the new ANVA Quantum as well.”
