Document creation from SAP HCM - made simple

Nijmegen, April 9th 2008 - Do you recognize the problem? A new employee joins your company and a pack of documents including an employment contract, an appointment letter, employer’s certificate etc., have to be composed. This process involves much work for the HR department. Details captured in the HRM system often have to be overkeyed, additional data captured and the right templates must be selected. Opportunities for error and inconsistency are high.

Together with their business partner Uphantis, Aia Software - supplier of the ITP Document Platform, announces a solution for this problem.
The ITP Document Platform is designed to create complete documents in MS-Word or PDF format using advanced templates and data from SAP applications. Moreover, ITP enables the content of ITP templates to be managed by end-users. Uphantis has created a seamless connection between SAP HCM and ITP. The result is an application that eliminates much work for employees at HCM (Human Capital Management) departments and that will minimize errors.
The official unveiling of this combined solution will take place during de VNSG (Association of Dutch SAP Users) congress in Maastricht on April 10th and 11th, 2008.
