In fifteen years Aia Software has become a world player.

Arrest warrants in Texas are generated with software from The Netherlands.

Nijmegen, 5 February 2003. While all is doom and gloom in the IT-business, Aia Software is giving a party. Not only because they have existed for fifteen years, but also because they are doing very well. Fifteen years ago they decided to start selling their own software. The world was their oyster. Now they operate across all continents with subsidiaries in North America, United Kingdom and Germany.

Fifteen years ago they drove each other to the airport when somebody had to go abroad. That's no longer possible. Every week somebody leaves for a destination abroad; the USA, Switzerland, the Bermuda Islands or Canada. Under the name 'ITP', the software is used in more than twenty countries as a smart solution to computerize and standardize the production of documents.

ITP means Intelligent Text Processing. It is a text/data integration solution. Companies use ITP to simplify the process of setting up documents such as offers, policies, contracts and invoices; general correspondence as well. ITP ensures that by means of current data and according to company standards, documents are produced, printed, published or emailed automatically. A single document or tens of thousands of them at a time.

Paul Dirven, founder and managing director of Aia Software, says he is pleased with the choices the company made: "Always take a long term view". "We have been busy for years establishing our reputation by selling an ingenious software solution and we are proud to be doing business in so many countries. In Texas, for example, arrest warrants are generated with ITP".

We always say: "When the rest of the world is cloudy, the sun shines on Aia Software. We are well off and content too."

ITP seamlessly integrates into core applications while remaining transparent to the end user, and final documents are created without external scripts, macros or applications. The software's richly featured end-to-end output processing covers all key functional areas with a single modular toolset.
