Interpay chooses the ITP Document Platform from Aia Software
Nijmegen, 21 June 2005 - Interpay has started with the implementation of ITP, the document platform from Aia Software. Soon, letters and contract which are sent from the Interpay Servicedesk, will be generated with ITP.
Interpay plays an important role in electronic funds transfer in the Netherlands by ensuring they are processed reliably and efficiently. Based on customer contacts, documents such as letters and contracts are produced and distributed. ITP provides employees with access to the correct version of a document and also enables users to compose their own tailored documents by selecting approved content contained in pre-defined text blocks. House style is applied automatically, as is data from other applications, wherever possible.
Interpay selected ITP after an extensive and rigorous selection process. Following a short ‘proof of concept’ project based on Interpay’s own payment transactions documents, contracts were signed at the beginning of May. Implementation has started and is expected to be finished shortly. It will then become clear that document production and management at Interpay has become much more efficient.
