LeasePlan further extends cooperation with Aia Software

Fleet management specialist uses ITP Document Platform for the creation of Leasing-contracts and correspondence

LeasePlan, specialized in motor fleet leasing and management further extends its collaboration with Aia Software. LeasePlan, responsible for more than 1,2 million leased vehicles in 29 countries worldwide, uses Aia's ITP document software in several of its subsidiaries, -Germany, Switzerland, UK, the Netherlands, USA and France. Other offices, which use various legacy document production applications, are currently preparing to migrate to  ITP.

One of the main criteria for the decision to opt for an extensive implementation of ITP at LeasePlan is the flexibility of the solution.  ITP is ideally suited for the automated creation of a wide range of  business critical documents such as Leasing-contracts, invoices and accident related correspondence. The company expects further 'synergy benefits' in the future through the exchange of 'best practice' recommendations between the different offices.

"The implementation of ITP/Online gives LeasePlan the possibility to create texts for contracts which are specific to the demands of the customer, in a more flexible way and at short notice", says Claus Heinze from the German LeasePlan GmbH, who participated in the ITP implementation project.
