Meat & Livestock Australia Selects Aia's ITP
Solution will Automate Production of contracts and Correspondence for Print & Web
Sydney, November 16th 2006 - Aia software, a proven market leader in providing Correspondence solutions, today announced that Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), a producer-owned company that provides marketing services to livestock producers, processors, exporters, foodservice operators and retailers, has chosen Aia's ITP suite of correspondence solutions to automate the creation and production of contracts and customer correspondence from SAP solutions. Using ITP, MLA will deliver highly personalized customer contracts to clients and agents via multiple distribution channels including print, email, and the Web, enabling more efficient and cost-effective operations.
Established in 1998, MLA needed to replace its existing in-house built correspondence creation systems with a more flexible and future proof solution for generating both paper-based and electronic documents from SAP solutions for there clients and customers.
Awarded the SAP certified for Netweaver, ITP/Online Server enables seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise applications or systems. The solution also offers a state-of-the-art document modeling environment, ITP MDK repository enabling users to dynamically produce graphically-rich, highly personalized documents, including marketing collaterals, invoices, bills, and contracts for both online and print distribution via a familiar and easy-to-use User Interface.
MLA's existing document creation systems could not support there need to produce high quality personalized customer contracts for print and distribution from within SAP. ITP's online server's robust feature set and its ability to produce both printed and electronic correspondence, will allow MLA to standardize contracts and correspondence production on a single platform and create highly personalized documents with ease.
