ITP Document Platform connected to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

CRM Resultants and Aia Software have successfully connected Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the ITP Document Platform. Both parties are Microsoft Gold Certified and active in the financial services area.
The developed connection is the answer to the challenge that many financial services providers encounter in the field of customer communication. By integrating the ITP Document Platform into the CRM template, which is specifically created by CRM Resultants for financial services providers, a fast and ready-made solution is now available:
"the right document, with the right text, in the right format, to the right person."

This solution, based on Microsoft technology, consists of a combination of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Finance, SharePoint 2007 and the ITP Document Platform of Aia Software. It makes it possible to link relevant personal data to documents that can be used for large batch mailings as well as for personalized, refined one-on-one communication. Typical applications are the settlement of complaints, tailored sending of information following a campaign, and producing large volumes of correspondence for amendments to policy conditions.
