Partnership Dutch software suppliers OIS and Aia Software
Nijmegen, 3 November 2005 - OIS will integrate its folder-oriented archiving solution DossierWeergave (FolderView) with Aia Software’s ITP Document Platform. DossierWeegave’s strengths are document archiving, document workflow and folder management. ITP on the other hand specializes in the creation, delivery and publication of documents in various formats and through a range of communication channels e.g. e-mail, fax or mail.
The combined functionality of these two complementary products covers the full document life cycle from creation through storage to archiving. In the ITP/OIS integrated system, standard documents produced by ITP are assigned metadata so that they are archived appropriately, with the correct access rights and stored in the right location within DossierWeergave. Documents that have already been imported into the system can easily be edited and distributed using the ITP-module.
