PinkRoccade Local Government and Aia Software launch joint correspondence module
Eindhoven, Nijmegen, 21 February 2011 - IT service provider PinkRoccade Local Government and software supplier Aia Software are intensifying their collaboration with the introduction of a joint correspondence module. This solution combines the power of mass mailings with individual correspondence based on templates and text blocks. This joint solution has been optimized for use in combination with PinkRoccade Local Government's mid-office and back-office solutions.
With the advent of modern day e-government, documents no longer only support processes, but have become an integral part of the full chain of services offered to citizens. The correctness of addresses and centralized access to data and archives that are such crucial aspects of e-government are now secured by this collaboration.
The new correspondence module is based on Aia's ITP Correspondence System. This is an interactive system for the production of documents such as contracts, reminders and other functional documents within local government. Users will benefit from the help offered by an interactive, query-driven system, and be able to work with predefined text building blocks, which they can edit using their own word processing software if desired.
Collaboration
The PinkRoccade Local Government and Aia partnership dates back several years. This collaboration has, among other things, led to PinkRoccade Local Government integrating Aia's ITP Correspondence System into its solutions for fully automated combination of authentic personal details in documents. These two companies also offer the module as an interactive correspondence solution. They are tapping into an increasing need for uniformity and support in the production of correspondence at local governments. Due to the fact that this module is based on browser technology, it can be deployed quickly and is easy to manage. As it merges seamlessly with PinkRoccade Local Government solutions, local officials always have authentic details at their disposal, and can use a wide array of options for document version management, text blocks and layout.
