From Word to ITP
A lot of companies use Microsoft Word based solutions for creating their business documents. These macro based systems are hard to maintain: only a software developer can change a document template. When upgrading to a newer version of Word, all templates must be retested because it is very common that macro functionality has changed in between versions of Word.
Solutions based on Microsoft Word can be (partially) migrated to ITP. The content of the templates will be converted to ITP text blocks that makes them manageable by business users. Logic and variable data fields are converted to ITP logic.
Dependent on the structure of your Word templates, these can either be fully or partially converted to ITP.
