In addition Aia Software can help you maximize the efficiency of your current implementation via Implementation Audits and Document Audits. ITP Document Factory

ITP customers can outsource their document maintenance and development to the Document Factory. Through the Document Factory all customers can benefit from the knowledge and experience available within the Aia organization.

The ITP products come with a maintenance agreement that amongst others covers support through our helpdesk. Extended support contracts or service level agreements are available. The ITP Helpdesk is staffed by experienced product engineers and can be reached by e-mail or telephone during local business hours.
