Outsourcing: Document Factory
Aia Software has always assisted their customers in all aspects of the implementation of ITP, either through training, consulting or implementation services. A limited number of customers have fully outsourced their document maintenance and development to us. We have now leveraged the experience and knowledge gained through these endeavors and we have established the Aia Software Document Factory. The advantages of outsourcing document maintenance and development are now available to all ITP users.
For the Document Factory we have set up a web based portal that you can use to submit document change requests. Via standardized procedures and methods the Document Factory workers will analyze, estimate, implement and test your change request. The status of each request can be monitored via the portal and update notifications can be sent via email.
By outsourcing all your ITP document maintenance and development you can save yourself a lot of money and trouble. The new Document Factory from Aia Software provides you the opportunity to do just that.
Being a member of our Document Factory means that we take away your concerns about change requests. Aia has an experienced group of Factory workers available that will analyze, implement and test the change requests. Through our standardized methods, procedures and applications the Document Factory can ensure all customers flexibility, quality and speed!
Once you become a member of the Document Factory a number of options are available to you: we can implement your requests on a time and material basis or fixed price per request. For organizations that are changing or expanding their business, and who therefore anticipate a large number requests, subscription services are available. The Document Factory will work with you to support your business and we provide the pricing option to match that.
As part of your Document Factory membership we will train your employees to effectively and efficiently communicate and cooperate with the Document Factory. Once they are trained they get access to our Document Factory website where they can submit any change request electronically. Once the request is submitted the Document Factory procedures will ensure that the highest quality factory output is achieved. Through the website your employees also have the possibility to monitor the status of submitted requests.
