Helpdesk
Our distributors and business partners provide first line support for the ITP products as described in your maintenance agreement. Please contact your supplier to answer your questions. Your supplier will work with the experienced Aia staff when necessary to come up with an appropriate answer or solution.
For Aia Software customers the ITP products come with a maintenance agreement that amongst others covers support through our helpdesk. Extended support contracts or service level agreements are available on request. Please contact your account manager for more information.
The ITP Helpdesk is staffed by experienced product engineers and can be reached during local business hours. For regular questions the preferred method of contact is via e-mail at helpdesk
aia-itp(dot)com. Please provide full contact information (your name, name of the company as registered in the ITP licence), information on the ITP version and update level you are using as well as a complete description of the problem or question. Depending on the nature of the enquiry Aia will get back to you via phone or via e-mail.
For urgent matters customers can call the appropriate telephone number during business hours (mondays to fridays, excluding official holidays).
