ITP Solution Overview
In this training course all aspects of ITP will be briefly looked into. A light will be shed on the essence of numerous components. At the end of the day you will have a good impression of what ITP can do for you, and what components are applicable to your situation.
ITP Content Management
This training course is designed for people who will be managing texts in ITP. For this, no programming experience is needed. In this training, the focus will be on creating and managing texts, forms and data fields. Another thing that will be discussed is the automation of what texts should or could be used under which circumstances.
ITP Template Development
After finishing this training course, you will be able to create quite complex documents. Also, you will know how to effectively cooperate with the Content Managers within your organization. All options ITP offers for document assembly – like defining the lay-out, data access, decision rules, and building blocks – will be addressed in this training course.
ITP DID Development
This training course is meant for those who will create or disclose the data fields for ITP Model Development. We will explain how to create connections between ITP and your database(s) or XML source files, and how to define the data interface for the Model Developer.
ITP/Server Scripting
This training course is aimed at developers who are responsible for implementing the ITP/Server services for creating and distributing documents. The scripting language is explained and some services are realized.
ITP/MDK Repository Administration
In this training course the management aspects of the ITP/MDK Repository will be discussed. This includes: project structuring, revision management, user role management, test procedures, deployment procedures, and management reports.
ITP/Server Administration
This workshop is meant for administrators who are responsible for managing the ITP/Server setup. Subjects that will be discussed are: installation, configuration, authorization, logging, error handling, and backup & recovery.
Document Definition & Specification Workshop
This workshop is meant for all employees who are responsible for delivering document designs and specifications. Also, employees who have an important role in testing will be offered the right context to adequately report their findings.
ITP/CCM Workshop
ITP/Customer Correspondence Management is the name of a completely new product that is being developed right now. In this workshop you will learn how you can structure and manage interactive as well as on-demand output. Another point of focus will be how to unlock customer profiles in CRM systems in order to tune the output.
ITP/OnLine Server Workshop
In this workshop the interactive part of ITP will be discussed. You will learn how to personalize this interactive part, and how you can adopt the corporate identity of your organization or that of the calling application. ITP/OnLine Server makes it possible to integrate ITP in third party applications.
Application Integration Workshop
This workshop is aimed at Application Developers who want to start calling ITP/Server services from third party applications. This will be explained using the ITP/Server API. The communication between services and the calling application will be discussed.
