The Professional Services department assists customers with the design, installation, migration, maintenance and control of document solutions with ITP. For this department we are looking for a:

Job description:

A senior consultant at Aia Software fulfills a leading role in customer directed projects. In this role you are a contact for the customer for functional and technical aspects. In many cases you will operate as the coordinator of a team within a project. You are able to take the lead in communicating with the customer and you can proactively identify issues. In bigger projects you will function as a sparring partner for the project manager. You will constantly be developing your knowledge and your communicative skills. A pragmatic approach and sense of responsibility will ensure you are able to manage a project.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting customers with formulating functional specifications of document solutions
• Designing frameworks based on document specifications
• Implementation of documents in accordance with functional and technical specifications
• Implementation of  document infrastructure in accordance with functional and technical specifications
• The coordination and control of smaller teams in extensive projects
• Deduction of technical specification from functional specification for documents and data connections and integration
• Give standard and customized presentations, workshops and training
• Supporting Sales employees with sales activities
• Signalling of commercial and business political developments at the customer
• Providing feedback on the product line and suggestions for possible improvements
• Able to provide support through our helpdesk

The work area will primarily be the Netherlands (frequently the Randstad) and Belgium. In some cases you have to be willing and able to work at our customers in the rest of the world. We value a good relationship with your colleagues. Therefore, despite the fact that you will be ‘on the road’ often, you will work from the office in Nijmegen.

Job requirements:

• HBO level of working and thinking 
• 3-6 years of relevant experience 
• Broad demonstrable experience with project based work
• Demonstrable experience with managing and controlling small teams
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word
• Customer oriented, solution focused and a high degree of independence
• Good communicative skills and able to report and present in a clear way
• Has broad general knowledge concerning IT subjects
• Knowledge of ITP is an advantage
• Affinity with document solutions is desirable
• Is able to give information on which a potential customer can base a justified technical estimation on the consequences of the implementation of ITP within his applications 
• Willing and able to fulfil activities before or after office hours or abroad
