DOCCM EVALUATION OVERVIEW

To assess the state of the document output for customer communications market and see how the vendors stack up against each other, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top DOCCM vendors. After examining past research, user-need assessments, and vendor and expert interviews, Forrester developed a comprehensive set of evaluation criteria. Forrester evaluated vendors against approximately 95 criteria, which Forrester grouped into three high-level buckets:

• Current offering.
• Strategy.
• Market presence.
