A closer look at the (Q)Form Editor

A (Q)Form can be viewed and edited with the (Q)Forms Editor.

The (Q)Forms Editor consists of three panes:

1. The upper left pane is the tree view pane. In this tree view you can find all groups, questions, and text items of the (Q)Form in a tree view. Double-clicking on an item will open the specific dialog to change the item. Double-clicking a question, for example, will open the specific question dialog in which the properties of the question can be changed.
2. The lower left pane is the Properties pane. The Properties pane shows the most important properties of the item that has been selected in the tree view.
3. The right pane is the preview pane. It will show a preview of the (Q)Form. The preview gives an estimate of the Form you are creating. It does not always show the exact functionality. For instance, the preview for Group toggle will not show toggle functionality for:
   • in
   • contains
   • is less than
   • is less than or equal to
   • is greater than
   • is greater than or equal to.
