Add a description to a batch of objects

You can also add a description to a batch of objects. To do this, click on the project or folder that contains the objects that a description needs to be added to. The objects will be listed in the content pane on the right. You can multi-select in this pane using the control or shift keys. Right-clicking on the selected items will give you access to the Set description… menu item. The first window that appears is for the first selected item in the list. If you leave the Use this description for all remaining objects unchecked, a window will appear for all selected items in the list. If however you check this box the description will be added to all selected items in the list.
