If a problem occurs, start with reading the error message. These messages are composed to give you clues as to what went wrong. At least they will tell you where to start looking. To start the analysis, go to the tab Components and select the ITP/Server. Click the button View log. The ITP/Document Processor Manager log will be opened in a view window. This window can be resized.
In this log you can find what happened to your request. It shows which of the ITP/Document Processors got the job and how the job ended.
To give you an idea of what to look for, the log below is the result of a request to the RunMdl Service as part of the 'TestServer' ITP/Server setup on a computer called MACHINE_1.
