The answer to a question is saved to an answer field. The Forms developer assigns an answer field to a question. The Field Set(s) connected with the Form Definitions folder determines the fields that the Forms developer can use. This Field Set (or more Field Sets) can be connected to a Forms folder on the Field Sets tab of the configuration dialog of a Forms folder.
