ITP/OnLine Server requires valid domain credentials before it is able to successful authenticate users on a Microsoft Windows 2003 domain controller. By default ITP/OnLine Server will attempt to use the Guest account to connect to the domain controller. If this account is disabled a valid user account is required and this account must be added to the configuration of the web server.
