This button saves all changes made in the ITP/Server Administrator. For the changes to take effect Document Processors must be restarted. This is the same button as the Save button described below.
This button comes available when a setting is changed. It saves the settings and restarts affected components. This is the same button as the Save & Apply button described below.
This button opens the License window. This window lists all licenses and their status and allows you to edit the license details.
This buttons adds an ITP/Server setup to the list of administered set-ups in the Administrator. When pressed a browse window will pop-up. In this window you can select the folder ITPWORK of the ITP/Server setup to be watched. You can add any ITP/Server setup as long as the account running the Administrator has read/write rights on its ITPWork directory. This is however not enough to stop/start the Document Processors belonging to the added ITP/Server setup. The rights necessary to do this are described in the Security chapter of the Manual.
This button removes the ITP/Server setup that is selected in the tree view.
This button saves all changes made in the ITP/Server Administrator. Use this button when you have made changes but don't want them to take effect immediately. They will take effect when the Save & Apply button is used.
This button saves all changes made in the ITP/Server Administrator and Restarts Document Processors and the ITP/Document Processor Manager when necessary.
Note
Although the restart is implemented in such a way that there are always Document Processors available, it is still a major operation to restart all Document Processors. Be aware of what you are doing when you click the button Save & Apply.
It is possible that the button Save is disabled while the button Save & Apply is enabled. In this case changes have been saved but one or more components still need to be restated to implement them.
