Clients

Sample clients for a synchronous and asynchronous (wsasyncclient ) job submission are provided in the client folder Apis\Web Services\Sample Client. These clients demonstrate how to call ITP/Server with the Web Services interface using the 'bare' variant. If you want to use a sample client you need to install the .NET Framework on the machine that is used to run the sample client.

If you want to use the sample client the following parameters need to be provided:

• Services address: this is the address of the Web Services server.
• Service: name of the service that is called.
• Parameters: parameters needed for the particular service.
• Upload file: file that needs to be send from the client to the ITP/Server. Optional.
• File id: ID for the file send from the client. This ID can be used by the service to collect the file send with Upload file. Required when Upload file is used.
