WindowsEnabler uses a configuration file to store its preferences. By default, WindowsEnabler uses a configuration file named we.ini that is stored in the same directory as the WindowsEnabler program. If WindowsEnabler cannot find the configuration file, it will display a configuration dialog and create the configuration file.
If you want to use a different configuration file, you can specify the file as a command line parameter:
WindowsEnabler.exe H:\we.ini
If this configuration file is not accessible, WindowsEnabler reports an error and terminates.
