Creating a Rich Text Block

Use the action New Rich Text Block to create a new Rich Text Block. Text Blocks are created and maintained with Microsoft Word, you can save a Rich Text Block also as Microsoft Word 2007 document (*.docx). Except for macros, you can use all the features of Microsoft Word.
