Data

Here you can select the DID or Data Definition to be used by the ITP Models in this folder or project. The settings you can configure for both the DID and Data Definition are the same, so they are described just once.

Use parent settings

The setting Use parent settings is only available for folders. If this setting is checked the folder inherits the Data Definition or DID (and Connection Configuration) setting of the project or the folder that contains this folder. By default a folder uses its parents' settings

You can select the DID or Data Definition that must be used to create ITP Models from the model document(s) in this project or folder. DIDs are located in the ITP/MDK Repository folder DIDs of the project and its libraries, Data Definitions can be found in the folder Data Definitions.

Browse…

This button opens a selection window in which you can browse to and select the DID and Data Definition to use.

Select…

Clicking this button opens up a selection window with all available revisions of the selected DID or Data Definition.

Note

The selected DID is not checked nor validated at this stage.

Use current

The button Use current will select the current revision of the chosen DID or Data Definition. This is a shortcut for selecting the revision number of the current revision.
