The text field Name contains the name as shown in the tree view of the ITP/MDK Repository. It can be edited here. The maximum length is 254 characters.
Use the description to enter all information you need to keep track of, for instance date of creation, people who will work on it or have worked on it, goals, and deadlines.This information is also visible in the Description pane in the main window of the ITP/MDK Repository when a folder or project is selected.
The extension of the selected document is shown here. Although the ITP/MDK Repository can store all kinds of documents models can only be created from documents with the extension doc, docx, odt, or txt. Please note that if you change the extension of a document to something else than the formats mentioned before, it will be no longer possible to create models from it.
If a folder has been imported at some stage the source ITP/MDK Repository will be shown here by name and postfix. This name is also used as name on the license of the source ITP/MDK Repository and the postfix is the postfix set by the administrator of the source ITP/MDK Repository. This information is also shown in the title bar of every ITP/MDK Repository. Note that on the title bar the postfix is first and the license name second.
All import and or export actions the folder has been involved in are listed here. Every import or export is date and time stamped. The list can be ordered by clicking on the label Name.
Double clicking on a listed export or import action will open a details window listing all objects involved in that action. These objects can be viewed and edited from within this window.
