A document in the ITP/MDK Repository is a container, containing Document Revisions, models created by ITP from it and information concerning its connection to other documents. Which information, contained in a ITP/MDK Repository document, is displayed is dependent on the Show details setting in the View menu.
If Show details is turned off each document contains one folder i.e., includes. If a model is created from the document, it will also contain a model.
When Show details in the View menu is turned on documents will contain a Document Revisions folder and a model if it is created. The Document Revisions folder contains all revisions made of the document.
