View

You can add a View element to a Text Block Selection Group to let the end user select a Text Block from the View when running the Content Wizard.

It is only possible to add a View if the Text Block Selection Group is still empty. You cannot add multiple Views to a Text Block Selection Group, or mix Text Blocks and Views.

When you choose to add a View, you will be prompted with a dialog to select the View from those that are available in the Project and its Libraries.

Editable Text Blocks

In the dialog to select a View, the check box Editable can be checked to indicate that you want the end user to be able to edit the Text Block he chooses during the Content Wizard run. This option is only available if the Text Block Selection Group is set to allow at most one Text Block to be selected.

Note

This option is only available when the Content Wizard resides in a Project that has at least version 3.5.1 of the ITP/Create Model Package configured.

ALL/First Default Selected

The option All Default Selected is available for Views added to a Selection Group with 0 or more selections. With this option you can indicate that all Text Blocks in the View are already selected when the selection is presented to the user.

The option First Default Selected is available for Views added to a Selection Group with maximal one selection. With this option you can indicate that the first Text Block in the View is already selected when the selection is presented to the user.

When the setting in the Selection Group changes from "0 or more" to "0 or 1" and vice versa, All Default Selected will change to First Default Selected and vice versa. The checked status will remain when changing between All Default Selected and First Default Selected.

Note

This option is only available when the Content Wizard resides in a Project that has at least version 3.5.1 of the ITP/Create Model Package configured.
